Job Title: Subscriber Services Representative I

KAMO Power, located in Vinita, Oklahoma is in search of a Subscriber Services Representative I. The work location will be at the KAMO’s Vinita Headquarters.
This position will handle incoming cooperative fiber calls regarding general information. Responsible for resolving subscribers’ equipment and subscription issues by performing activities per contracted cooperative’s procedures. In addition, enter tickets with all pertinent information required by the cooperative in an accurate and efficient manner.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED; Associate’s Degree or 2-year technical degree in a computer technology and network administrator related field preferred. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in a customer service, call center or help desk; utility fiber to the home experience preferred. Equivalent industry experience may potentially be considered toward substitution of degree requirements.
All levels of experience will be considered. Job and pay grade will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
